    Academic Immersion What to Bring Where to Purchase Items About Boston Contact Us Request a Brochure Request a Brochure Apply Now Pre College Online Learning High School Honors Summer Challenge Summer Preview Ask a Question Send Like us on Facebook Follow us on Twitter High School Programs High School Honors and RISE Check in and Departure Information Check in All Summer Term High School Programs check ins occur on the fourth floor of Warren Towers 700 Commonwealth Avenue Parking is available in the Warren Towers garage located on the third floor of Warren Towers Enter the garage on Hinsdale Mall For directions to Boston University please visit Travel to Campus During check in Program Assistants are stationed at the front entrance to Warren Towers on 700 Commonwealth Avenue to provide directions 2016 Check In Dates and Times High School Honors July 3 12 4 pm Research Internship July 3 12 4 pm Students should arrive no later than 4 pm The mandatory student orientation begins promptly at 4 30 pm If you are not able to check in by 4 pm because of flight restrictions you must contact the Summer Term High School Programs office at least one week before the program begins so that arrangements can be made Note for Commuter Students Commuter students are required to check in and attend the orientation floor and safety meetings that begin at 4 30 pm on July 3 Students should expect to stay until 9 pm and dinner will be provided in the dining hall This is a good opportunity for commuter students to meet their Program Assistant and program peers and learn the program and dormitory policies Room Assignment If you are moving into the residence you will receive your room assignment and room keys at check in Please see

    Brochure Request a Brochure Apply Now Pre College Online Learning High School Honors Summer Challenge Summer Preview Ask a Question Send Like us on Facebook Follow us on Twitter High School Programs What to Bring Congratulations on being accepted to Boston University s Summer Term High School Programs For those of you who will be staying on campus we have prepared a list of furnishings in each dorm room as well as a list of what you should bring with you to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible In order to get your Boston University Terrier ID you will need A government issued photo ID passport or driver s license OR High school ID card AND birth certificate Photocopies are accepted if you do not want to bring the originals NOTE International students must have originals In each dorm room you will find A dresser for each student A desk and chair for each student A bed frame and mattress for each student A closet or wardrobe for each student What you should bring Fans Rooms are not air conditioned and get very warm during the summer Linens Bring your own sheets blankets towels and pillows The beds in the dorm are all sized twin extra long 80 inches long Personal items We recommend flip flops for showering along with a shower caddy to carry your toiletries to the bathroom Sunblock is very important for our outdoor activities Personal hygiene items can be purchased at stores on campus Hangers for your clothes Other appliances You may also want to bring a desk lamp and an alarm clock NOTE Hot pots microwaves and air conditioners are not allowed in the dorm Items like blow dryers and curling irons are permitted Microfridges combined microwave and refrigerator units are available
