    RPI Firefighter Escape Train The Trainer RPI Train the Trainer RPI Train the Trainer The RPI Train the Trainer program was developed to provide a department generally over fifty 50 persons the ability to train and continue to teach their department This training requires a minimum of six 6 individuals Each individual will become a certified RPI Instructor for their department The training is similar to the RPI Firefighter Escape Training in addition to a full safety program and time of instruction at the window By the end of training Instructors will be able to demonstrate the proper escape technique be able to show proper hand grips and anchor points and trouble shoot problems that may occur during training The department will receive a copy of the power point program developed by RPI for the classroom session Typically the class lasts eight 8 hours but may be extended if there is a need or if the RPI Instructors believe that continued training is necessary RPI has the ability to provide a training simulator for the Train the Trainer Program If a vacant building is available continued training may be offered in the vacant building RPI provides all of the training
