    tuistí Parents Naisc Links Hi I m Múinteoir Áine the Stiúrthóir here in the Naíonra and I m from Caheragh My background in working with children began in 2005 when I started part time work with CoAction In CoAction I worked as a home support to individual children and as a respite care assistant I still continue to work with CoAction as a childcare assistant Throughout my time in CoAction I have been lucky to meet and in some cases work with occupational therapists speech and language therapists and child psychologists to implement care programmes for individual children This has broadened my experience greatly In 2006 I began a four year Batchelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education in Mary Immaculate College in Limerick I conducted many placements in childcare facilities and in 2010 I graduated from Mary I Home was always where my heart was and in March 2010 I got lucky and the following Sept I began working here in the Naíonra Both the Naíonra and I are lucky to have a hard working and dedicated committee and alongside my co workers Angie Mary and Miriam I enjoy the experiences and excitements the Naíonra brings

    déanaí Recent activities Griangraflann Gallery Blag Blog Acmhainní Resources Acmhainní ar son daltaí Pupils Acmhainní ar son tuistí Parents Naisc Links Hi my name is Angie and I am from Schull I am the newest member to the Naíonra team and cannot wait to get to know everyone I have recently received my Level 8 Batchelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Studies from Waterford Institute of Technology As I have grown so has my experience with children I spent three years working and still to date carry out part time work teaching swimming lessons and doing summer camps Through college I carried out work experience where I gained experience working with children ranging from six months to 18 years old I also carried out experience in an autistic unit where I continued to do some subbing while I was in Waterford Along with this I also completed my FETAC Level V Children with Additional Needs to learn more about children and their individual needs I finished college and moved back home to Schull From working in the Naíonra the past few months I have attended courses to ensure I am constantly up skilling aiming to keep up to date
