    Clitheroe Exit the A59 at the roundabout after McDonalds signed Clitheroe A671 From the East Leeds Skipton continue along the A59 through Gisburn and exit the A59 at the roundabout signed Clitheroe A671 Continue straight on this road for approximately 1 mile As you enter Clitheroe you will pass the Craven Heifer Pub on the right and The Villa restaurant on your left Continue straight across the pelican crossing where you will approach a mini roundabout Go straight across and you will see Sainsbury s on your right Continue over the next mini roundabout with the Brown Cow Pub on your left At the top of the high street where the main road sweeps round to the right take the left hand fork between the castle gates and the Santander Bank You will then drop down to another mini roundabout turn right 2 nd exit and go past Booths Supermarket on your left At the next mini roundabout take the first exit going past the train station and the bus interchange Turn left signposted Waddington B6478 going under a railway bridge Continue along the Waddington Road for approximately 1 mile until you reach the village of Waddington Go through the village and past The Waddington Arms on your right and The Higher Buck also on your right Stay on this road signposted Newton Trough of Bowland and continue up the hill for 0 5 miles just after the Forest of Bowland sign take a left turn onto Cross Lane Continue along Cross Lane for approximately 1 3 miles you will pass a number of buildings on your left including Oak Cottage Collthurst Hall and Peter Barn the postcode will take you to this point After Peter Barn bear right continuing along the lane until you reach the gate signposed The

    experiential methods and are energised by getting up and moving around interacting with each other A key way of getting people to take on board new behaviours and foster those behaviours within the organsiation is to use exercises that present them with the opportunity to examine their own behaviour People don t respond well to being told what to do and how they should behave after all who gives one person the right to decide what is right or wrong in terms of behaviour and dictate those behaviours to someone else Instead the use of scenario playing for example on how to manage difficult team members will create an environment in which delegates can see the benefits and negatives related to different scenarios and unpick their own behaviours as well as trying out those they could use It is only by being stretched and a little scared and that means sometimes stepping outside of a comfort zone that people can undergo real transformative change Focus Training has 360 acres of beautiful farm and woodland The activities are scattered all over the farm and we use the land for orienteering exercises too All of our activities are inclusive and there is
