    Science Social Studies TEKS Resource System District Campus Leadership MAPSS Instructional Leaders Blog Advancing Educational Leadership AEL T TESS Training T PESS Training School Reach School Safety Literacy and Special Programs Literacy and Special Programs 504 Bilingual ESL Career Technical Education CTE Dyslexia Services Gifted Talented Advanced Academics Language Arts Reading Response to Intervention Title III LEP Services Superintendent Links Contacts Online Contracts School Board Training Student Support Student Support Student Evaluation Services Assistive Technology Autism Child Find CRCG Community Resources Coordinating Group Deaf Education Certification Low Incidence Disabilities Multicultural Diverse Learners Non Ed Community Based Support Services Preschool Programs for Children with Disabilities PPCD Positive Behavioral Interventions Support Project Psychological Services Speech Language Pathology Transition Services Visual Impairment Blindness Technology Technology Services Distance Learning Email Services eRate Support Internet Access Internet Filtering Interactive TV Network ITV KACE Help Desk Technology Planning Web Hosting ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW Federal regulations require the state agency administering the School Nutrition Programs to evaluate a Contracting Entity s CE compliance with state and federal program regulations at least once during a three year cycle US Department of Agriculture s USDA Administrative Review AR replaces the Coordinated Review Effort CRE in assessing Contracting Entity CE compliance with the administration of the National School Lunch Program NSLP School Breakfast Program SBP and other school nutrition programs The AR is a three year review cycle which began July 1 2013 The AR is designed so some aspects may be conducted off site and other aspects on site Under the off site component the State Agency SA collaboratively works with the CE to collect information beginning 12 weeks prior to the on site review and records it on an Off site Assessment Tool This tool allows the SA to gain a better understanding of CE operations prior to the
